SB I love the roots in what seems to be swedish hardcore, even as electronic I can still hear the roots. The screams really blend with the faster techno and you start remembering the days of going to those hardcore shows, a scene that basically doesn't exist anymore where I'm from. It's a really nice memory to get from an entirely different type of music. Favorite track: Daddy Issues.

The Empire Line unleash their demons on BAS009. When Jonas Rönnberg, Christian Stadsgaard and Isak Hansen combine their musical vision, the result is sure to be radical. Claiming that „the nature of your oppression is the aesthetic of our anger“ right away in the title, the four-track EP sounds like it was recorded straight from a sweaty basement. Combining cascading rave tropes with noise, anger and punk, this release merges different underground currents. The result is a flamboyant, nevertheless harsh sound collage.
